My name is Kristen Lane and I am an author based in St. Louis, MO. I’ve spent the last two years working on my debut novel and have officially started working on a second book. I write upmarket fiction with a focus on emotional depth, immersive voice, and unconventional structure. I’m drawn to stories that spark hard conversations, turn over harsh truths, and still make room for the tender beads of hope that float alongside tragedy. When I’m not spiraling over imposter syndrome, you can usually find me curled up on the couch, over-analyzing books with my dog.
